Under new management since 2015, Manzanita Landscape Construction, Inc. (MLCI) is a Design – Build company that takes its clients’ projects from start to finish and beyond! We have been creating curb appeal for Sonoma County homes and businesses since 1991 and have been Diamond Certified since 2003! As both landscape and general contractors, we can tackle some of the most challenging obstacles, so we are truly a one-stop, turn-key outfit. Our company designs and installs landscapes for residential clients throughout Sonoma County, California.
The founders of MLCI, James R. Guay and Linda Gottuso-Guay, have since retired and are currently enjoying the fruits of their labor, at their Larkfield home. They’ve entrusted the business they grew from the ground up to their daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Tim Little, who now co-own and operate the company from our office located in Windsor, CA.
Tim and Heather also reside in Larkfield, and are keen to make mom and pop proud, by continuing to develop and expand on their wonderful business foundation. It’s truly a joy to work and live in the same community as our clients.
As a locally owned and operated family business, we’re able to provide unique insight about our microclimates and other specifications to our fellow neighbors. Honored to be a part of the rebuilding process in our Larkfield, Coffey Park and Fountaingrove communities, we look forward to seeing them grow and thrive again!
