This new build project was a challenging space with several sloping areas and natural rock-laden topography. We wanted to take advantage of the wooded views behind the house, keeping it as open as possible, but as the garden fills in over time, it will provide privacy as well. There are many niches to enjoy the garden and special features, such as the natural stone waterfall, gas burning paver fire pit and BBQ island.
