Heather is the daughter of the original founders James and Linda Guay. Originally from upstate New York, her fondest memories are of working in the garden with her family. From an early age she knew that she wanted to work with nature and gardens. That came to fruition upon moving to California in 1991. She began her journey into landscaping by studying Horticulture and Landscape Design at Santa Rosa Junior College. Continuing her education, she obtained her QAL in 2016, adding that to her diverse resume.

She’s been an integral part of the company since 2004 and has worked in the landscape construction field for over 25 years, varying from nurseries to high-volume construction firms. Working alongside James and Linda has instilled a strong work ethic and passion for her work. She’s involved in every aspect of the business, and is now the Lead Designer, dedicated to creating customized designs as unique as each individual client. Working closely with them, it inspires her creativity, ultimately bringing their ideas and wishes to life.
