LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Local reputable landscape contractor is hiring a landscape construction project manager for high-end residential projects located within Sonoma County.

DUTIES:

– Supervise and manage all crews, vendors, and subcontractors in all project phases
– Perform cost planning, takeoffs, and procurement
– Maintain current excellent vendor and subcontractor relationships
– Manage construction progress and assist in project tasks, as needed
– Safety goal oriented, maintaining an incident free workplace
– Track and meet all project budgets and deadlines
– Communicate schedule changes and necessary information in a timely manner
– Manage client expectations specific to workmanship quality as outlined in scope of work
– Supervise multiple projects in various phases simultaneously
– Coordinate and manage all project inspections, as needed
– Assist on field verifications and daily job problem solving
– Work in tandem with Construction Superintendent

MUST HAVES:

– 5+ years of experience in the landscape construction industry
– Broad knowledge of landscape construction means and methods
– Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/plans
– Comprehension of general landscape construction terminology
– Capable of relaying project information to all personnel
– Reliability (daily punctuality is required)
– Ability to perform all required project tasks in a timely, efficient manner
– Bilingual (Spanish/English)
– Strong communication/customer relationship skills
– Clean, valid CADL (DMV records will be reviewed)
– Able to lift 50 lbs.

JOB DETAILS:

– Base salary range (commensurate of experience) is $70K-$85K
– Work days are: M-F, from 7:00am-4:00pm
– Company vehicle offered
– Paid vacation and holidays

Salary: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
